One of Morris earliest wallpaper designs Fruit previously known as Pomegranate was first produced in 1864. Similar motifs of fruit and leaves were used on the walls of the Green Dining Room in the South Kensington Museum later the Victoria and Albert Museum which Morris & Co. were commissioned to decorate in 1866.
